Judo is an ideal martial art for children that builds a strong sense of respect and confidence. Saratoga Judo is a safe learning atmosphere and classes are designed to be both challenging and fun. Classes for children start at 6 years old.
Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing
As a member of the Saratoga Kyokushin Academy, Saratoga Judo students may enhance their skills by taking one No-Gi Ju-Jitsu or Kickboxing class a week.
